Chef Gretchen
Gretchen has been using a computer since her parents first purchased a Commodore Vic-20 back in 1985. Computers were rather lame at the time so she began programming her own games to stay entertained. Loving all things technical and never without the latest gadget in her pocket or strapped to her belt, Gretchen thrives on wifi and networking.
She graduated from Millikin University in 1995 and has been working in various areas of computer technology, ultimately choosing web and graphic design as her favorites. She created the popular Girls Can’t WHAT? site and continues to develop that site and keep up with it’s product demand as time permits.
When the power goes out, Gretchen can be found spending time with her family, drumming in her all-girl band or reading (technology books and software manuals, of course).
Gretchen’s Secret Recipe:
In a large bowl, whisk together a dash of humor, a hint of sarcasm, and a pinch of cockiness. Combine ingredients with a concentrated base of creative genius and cook for 1 hour at 375. Voila! Gretchen-hot and steaming from the oven. For best results let cool before serving to guests.
Chef Trina
Trina can usually be found with paint under her freshly polished nails. Never without an art project or two or ten in the works, Trina is an artist in every sense of the word. Graduating with her degree in Graphic Design, she’s been an incredible asset to Thyme For Design.
On the rare occasion she finds herself with downtime, Trina can be found enjoying her love for movies, lost in a good book or singing with her band Four Wall Flight. She also possesses an immense talent for making Martha Stewart look like an amateur. And in heels no less.
Trina’s Secret Recipe:
Blend a wide range of artistic talent with a pint of precision, oodles of fun ideas and a heaping helping of imagination. Whip the sweetness on high for 30 seconds until light and fluffy. Spoon the amazing creativity onto a tray and bake to perfection in an Apple oven. Decorate with sprinkles.
